Do I Cope Each Day?
What are you like when the day to day difficulties of life come along? Obviously none of us go looking for trouble and difficulties in our lives, but Paul says that “…Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope.” Romans 5:3-4 TPT
And David said “My heart and my body may fail, but God will always make me strong. He is all that I will ever need.” Psalms 73:26 EASY. But how are they able to say that?
How Can I Cope
Actually it’s from their own experience of life and their own relationship with God, not out of books, but situations they went through! David was being chased after by the King’s army for many years, and they intended to kill him when they caught him. And as for Paul, he spent many years in different prisons – often manacled to a Roman soldier 24/7, until he was eventually executed.
We Each Have A Choice!
We have a choice to set ourselves to praise God in ALL the situations He takes us through, and we will find that EVERY day He is making us stronger to face and defeat Satan our enemy. God is on our side and with Him beside us, we are a Majority!! Hallelujah!!!
Let’s Declare together that… “When tough times come l won’t complain because they come to make me stronger!”
